After a first career as a graphic designer then art director of an agency, and many projects and an award later (The 1993 Design Oscar for the Evian bottle created for the Albertville Olympics), Carolina discovered painting on porcelain in 2005, a revelation for her.

With a great attention to detail, her intricate designs develop out of her changing moods. The pieces can be used in numerous ways, from breakfast in bed, to teatime, or snacks and drinks with friends. Carolina's work brings a fresh modernity to the classic ideas of painted porcelain.
