In the beginning, Raelyn’s ladies were the clay incarnation of garden fairies. A feminine universe, natural and comfortable, inspired by today’s way of life. At nightfall, wanting to carry on a conversation, the ladies alight!

From their workshop in the Drôme, Raelyn Larson and Sebastien Verne, known for their poetry and imagination, create seductive objects with a frivolous connotation.

Originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin, a small city on the banks of the Mississippi river, Raelyn spent three years in Paris studying fine arts before relocating to Dieulefit to open her shop, L’Arrosoir (watering can).

‘The mix of paper and clay has allowed us to develop a unique line of pieces that defines our work.’

‘The paper is soft, weightless, feminine. Through the light, the aspect is delicate, I use and abuse.’

A simple art of living, close to the seasons, using natural materials.

‘courtesy lights’.
